Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

Exchanges
Defective: We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item at our cost, Contact Us.
Not Suitable: If you purchase the incorrect item or it is no longer required, we ask that you return this at your cost to the below address and we will issue a full refund less any delivery charge. Feel free to re-order any alternative product needed.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
